The
merchandise has been purchased with a 30-day money back guarantee
for the customer's satisfaction. I, the customer agree that the
merchandise may returned for a full refund (including original
shipping fees and state sales tax) within the 30-day period from date
of purchase providing the merchandise and owner's manual are returned
in its original packaging and in substantially good condition for
resale. Return shipping fees are the obligation of the customer.
We
will allow the customer to cancel this transaction without penalty or
obligation within 3 business days from the date of purchase. When the
customer cancels the order of purchased item(s), he must return the
merchandise to the address below in salable condition at his expense.
After we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit
to your credit card or mail a refund check, depending on your
original form of payment. You must include the original receipt in
order to receive the full refund or you will be charged a 10%
restocking fee. Please allow 5 business days for the credit card
refund and/or 10 business days for the check refund. Any return
without a receipt is subject to verification and we may ask for your
identification.
You
may also exchange the merchandise, receive a purchase credit or a
full refund (including original shipping fees and sales tax) after 3
days from date of purchase, or within 30 days for opened boxes.
Return shipping fees are the obligation of the customer. Should the
product(s) have a manufacturer defect and is exchanged for the
identical product(s), there will be no return shipping fees. The
manufacturer will ship (to your address) a replacement product(s)
that will include a pre-paid return shipping label. In such cases,
the defective unit must be received by the manufacturer within 21
days of receiving the replacement(s) and return pre-paid shipping
label or you will be charged the full amount of the replacement
product.
Purely
Green Home not responsible for any expenses, fees,
or other costs incurred by our customer as a result of defective,
incompatible, or unsaleable returned products that is not due to a
manufacturer defect issue.
Any
warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the
manufacturer. The Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties,
either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose, the seller neither assumes nor
authorizes any other person to assume for its liability in connection
with the sale of said products.
