Our professional DIY Mold Test Kit includes directions for taking samples and submitting the Lab Chain of Custody Form, 2 tape lift samples in a sterile clip case, disposable gloves, baggie and envelope. Kit does not include postage for sending samples to the lab. Test results will be emailed directly to you by the lab. Kit includes a 30 minute consult to review the lab report with an IAQ Specialist.
